When in conflict, our natural tendencies are not good tendencies. Now add what we all heard as children, which is “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all”. Does this mean that you have to choose between telling the truth and keeping a friend or colleague? Thankfully, the answer is no. 

 

As a professional in the workplace, you have to work with people who have different perspectives, beliefs, and agenda's. Conflict is inevitable. The good news is, conflict can be turned into opportunities and soft skills can be learned. Over the course of two 2 hour sessions, participants will learn and practice strategies to help constructively navigate resistance and disagreements.
